Stephen Glaudel

Stephen Glaudel joined AIP in 2009. Prior to joining AIP, Mr. Glaudel has a 30+ year background in Technology, most spent in New Product Development Management, and Systems Automation Engineering.

From 2004 through 2008, Mr. Glaudel was VP of Engineering for ASCO Valve, leading a team of 100 individuals in the US, Mexico, and India. Employed by Brooks Instrument from 1995 through 2004 where he most recently served as VP of Engineering. Prior to Brooks, Mr. Glaudel held technology leadership positions at Leeds & Northrup (Distributed Control Systems: Refining, Power, Water, Steel, etc.) and at Westinghouse (Analog & Digital electronics, Turbine/Generators, PLCs, etc.). Mr. Glaudel has extensive experience in managing Global Engineering Programs, and holds six issued patents. Mr. Glaudel graduated in 1975 from Syracuse University with degrees in Electrical Engineering and Biosystems, summa cum laude. Mr. Glaudel also holds a 2001 MBA (International Business) from St. Joseph’s University, summa cum laude.
