Paul Bamatter

Joined AIP in 2005 after serving as Chief Financial Officer of Consoltex Holdings, Inc. from 1993 through 2005. Additionally served as Chief Operating Officer of Consoltex Holdings, Inc. from 2001 through 2005. Employed by Price Waterhouse from 1978 to 1992 where, as senior manager, he managed the worldwide audits for several banking and manufacturing multinational businesses. Mr. Bamatter graduated from Bishop’s University with majors in Accounting and Finance in 1978 and earned his Chartered Accountancy designation in 1981. Mr. Bamatter serves on the board of directors of: Brooks Instrument, LLC, Ichor Systems Holdings, LLC, Mark Andy, Inc., Northwest Hardwoods, Inc., and Micro-Poise Measurement Systems, LLC.
