Stolle Machinery Company, LLC ("Stolle") is a leading producer of capital equipment, spare parts, and services for the rigid packaging industry. The company’s capital equipment is used by packaging producers, including Ball Corporation and Crown Cork & Seal, to manufacture primarily two-piece aluminum and steel can bodies and ends for the beer/beverage and food industries worldwide. The company is an industry leading manufacturer in each of its product segments and has a $6 billion installed base of equipment which produces a recurring spare parts and services revenue stream. Stolle operates five manufacturing plants and is headquartered in Denver, CO. Stolle was sold in 2006.
